CLIENT: ProTile Systems

As part of a comprehensive branding and communications initiative, I worked with ProTile Systems to create a responsive website that would function as an information and customer service tool for key users.

Early stages of the project involved building corporate communications collateral and engaging in research sessions to understand ProTile’s business domain and the behaviors and motivations of their customers and partners.

When it came time for the site build we first created a basic information architecture and feature set, and then finalized specifics through a process of rapidly iterating on site flows of various fidelity. At key points we circled back with the development team for consulting, feasibility and timeline input.
